Artinate Tab is a fixed-dose oral antimalarial combining artemether (20 mg) and lumefantrine (120 mg). Administered during a three-day, six-dose schedule with meals to enhance absorption, it treats acute, uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria in both adults and children. This combination interferes with parasite protein synthesis and heme conversion, offering high cure rates and rapid parasite and fever clearance.
